Before you commission
Final digital files in the formats agreed in your quote: typically a print PDF at the specified size and a PNG for screens or internal communications. Learning packs add a facilitator guide and learning activity. Physical printing and shipping are not included.
Yes, within the site or company scope stated in your written reproduction licence. The quote identifies covered sites, permitted internal uses and any restrictions. Resale, external redistribution and editable source files require a separate agreement.
Yes. Supply a clear logo file, brand colours and any brand guidelines. A subtle logo watermark is optional. You review the proof before final files are released.
English and French examples are shown here. Other language versions can be scoped. The quotation confirms language review and local terminology checks, including review by your nominated fluent site representative before use.
Before work starts, we agree the message, formats, number of designs, language versions, revision allowance, fee and delivery date. Changes beyond that scope are quoted before proceeding.
Yes. A scheduled campaign or learning series can be scoped around your priorities. Agree the number of topics, languages, review process, delivery cadence and monthly fee. It is a managed service, not an automatic download subscription.
No. The materials support communication and facilitated learning. They do not replace site procedures, task-specific instruction, required competency assessment or operational supervision. Site technical approval is part of preparing material for use.

02 / Agree scope and payment
We confirm your deliverables, amount, currency and payment terms before work begins. Request an invoice from Safety Centrics referencing your accepted quote.
Canadian clients receive CAD proposals; international clients receive USD proposals.
Includes your logo, colours and messaging; imagery tailored to your workforce; one language for one operating site; two rounds of revisions; and final 18 × 24-inch print PDFs plus digital display images for internal use at the purchasing site.
