International OHS and risk specialists supporting mining, construction and industrial teams. Safety is Life. Everyone Protecting Everyone.

Why we exist

Doing the right thing.
Built into the business.

SafetyCentrics was founded to help organizations shift from safety programs driven primarily by regulatory requirements to a sustainable business approach grounded in doing the right thing.

Compliance provides an essential foundation. Lasting safety performance grows when protecting people becomes part of how a business makes decisions, allocates resources, manages risk and holds itself accountable—every day, at every level.

We help leaders connect that commitment with practical operating discipline: clear ownership, effective critical controls, trusted reporting and a workforce equipped to understand and act. This approach supports the preservation of life, operational integrity, business continuity and long-term performance.

Our purpose is to make care for people a lasting business value, expressed through everyday decisions and actions.

Why SafetyCentrics?

Connect leadership decisions.
Verify controls in the field.
Build workforce capability.

Our difference is the connection between these three: experienced OHS leadership, practical operational assurance and communication people can understand and apply.

01 / SENIOR EXPERTISE

Access experience for the decision at hand.

Engage senior OHS and operational risk support for an agreed assignment. Your proposal names the engagement lead, participating specialists and their responsibilities.

For you: clear access to the people accountable for the work.

02 / PROJECTS INTO OPERATIONS

See the interfaces where risk can be missed.

Draw on experience across exploration, construction, commissioning and operations to examine contractor interfaces, readiness gaps and ownership during transitions.

For you: attention to the handovers between teams and stages.

03 / CONTROLS IN PRACTICE

Check the evidence behind the assurance.

Connect governance and procedures with control ownership, field verification and the conditions under which work actually happens. Our FSI Behavioral Alignment System brings leadership, controls, trust, intervention and ownership into the review.

For you: priorities grounded in exposure and control performance.

04 / WORKFORCE UNDERSTANDING

Make the message usable.

Link leadership expectations with practical worker learning, crew discussion and company-branded visual campaigns. Scope language and communication needs around the people doing the work.

For you: materials and conversations that support understanding and action.

05 / CAPACITY THAT FITS

Choose support around the need.

Start with a focused review, commission defined project support or agree a fractional leadership assignment. Set deliverables, included capacity, timing and fees before work begins.

For you: a scope you can assess and a commitment you can plan.

06 / CAPABILITY & FOLLOW-THROUGH

Give the work an owner and a next step.

Use prioritized findings, assigned actions and management coaching to support implementation. Agree review points and practical handover so your team can carry the work forward.

For you: useful outputs connected to responsibility and follow-up.
