What good visibility looks like
Useful field engagement connects leadership attention to material exposure, invites honest information and results in a visible response.
- Did the leader visit work with credible fatal-risk exposure?
- Did the conversation test how work is actually performed?
- Did the leader reinforce stop-work authority and reporting trust?
- Was an action, learning point or assurance decision recorded?
Avoid activity counting
A high number of interactions can still produce little prevention value. Score quality, relevance and closure alongside frequency.
