FICTIONAL PRACTICE CRITERIA — FP-01 revision 1, 4 October 2026
These rules belong only to fictional Harbour Works. They are not standards or instructions for a real operation.
CR01: Marked pedestrian and exit routes must remain clear. Record the route ID and observed obstruction.
CR02: Access to designated fire equipment must remain clear. Record the equipment ID and condition observed.
CR03: Record spills and suspected leaks by location and equipment. Refer assessment and response to the responsible area owner under the approved local procedure.
CR04: Refer suspected electrical-tool defects to the responsible competent person under the approved local procedure. The reviewer must not prescribe testing, repair or restart.
CR05: Access to designated eyewash equipment must remain clear. Record the asset ID and obstruction.
CR06: Chemical cabinets must follow the fictional site's approved access and inventory rules. A locked cabinet alone does not prove chemical compatibility or storage adequacy.
Closure rule: Recorded Closed status requires supporting completion evidence, a named verifier, and a closure date before it can be described as verified closure. Evidence references alone do not prove that an unavailable attachment was reviewed.
Repeat rule: A recurrence candidate requires matching location or equipment and matching observed condition. Similar wording at a different location is not sufficient.
Scope: Twelve supplied findings from 21 September to 3 October 2026, six hazard records and seven actions, assessed as at 4 October 2026. Inspection coverage and exposure denominators are not supplied. Do not calculate incident rates, infer site-wide trends or judge current protection from these historical records.
